About the role

The work you’ll do

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support.
  • Work closely with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for product management and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and communication.
  • Collaborate with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and provide support to candidates and hiring managers.

Market Research & Talent Insights

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to position Celonis as an employer of choice.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support hiring decisions and strategy.

Recruitment Process Excellence

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
  • Leverage ATS and sourcing tools for efficiency.

The qualifications you need

  • Background in Technical / Engineering recruitment with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management.
  • In-house, agency, or RPO experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and perform strong sourcing and candidate outreach.
  • Passion for finding top talent and pushing boundaries with stakeholders.
