About the role
The work you’ll do
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support.
Work closely with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for product management and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Experience
Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and communication.
Collaborate with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and provide support to candidates and hiring managers.
Market Research & Talent Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to position Celonis as an employer of choice.
Provide market intelligence and insights to support hiring decisions and strategy.
Recruitment Process Excellence
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
Leverage ATS and sourcing tools for efficiency.
The qualifications you need
Background in Technical / Engineering recruitment with exceptional communication skills.
Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management.
In-house, agency, or RPO experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and perform strong sourcing and candidate outreach.
Passion for finding top talent and pushing boundaries with stakeholders.
