Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle GTM recruiting, with a primary focus on sales roles such as Account Executives and other revenue-generating positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Shape sourcing strategy and provide talent-market insights for constrained candidate pools.
- Advise hiring managers on role calibration, ideal candidate profiles, process efficiency, and ongoing communication.
- Design and guide equitable, high-quality hiring processes and candidate experiences.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate revenue goals into hiring strategies and scale recruiting practices.
- Improve recruiting tools, outreach approaches, and talent-brand visibility to increase efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with People, Legal, and Finance teams on accurate, scalable recruiting practices.
- Track pipeline health, candidate progression, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, hiring-manager satisfaction, quality of hire, and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of in-house recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within SaaS, open-source DevTools, data science, cloud platform, or AI ecosystems.
- Track record of meeting hiring goals and quality benchmarks in scaling organizations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Experience communicating private-company equity compensation to candidates.

- Experience shaping recruiting strategy and success metrics for high-growth GTM teams with measurable impact on hiring velocity and quality.
- Experience recruiting technical sales candidates who can establish credibility with engineering and developer audiences.
- Experience building or scaling recruiting processes during rapid growth, particularly in open-source, AI, or data science-oriented companies.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$170,000 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco; $105,000–$145,000 for other US-based team members.
