Responsibilities
Identify and attract exceptional engineering talent as the technical organization scales.
Partner with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across engineering.
Own market mapping, talent identification, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement of engineering hiring quality.
Identify and engage exceptional software engineers.
Build high-quality pipelines and deliver against ambitious hiring goals.
Develop creative, resourceful approaches to finding hard-to-reach talent and crafting compelling outreach.
Use data and market knowledge to measure, iterate on, and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth or talent-dense technology company.
Strong track record of identifying and engaging exceptional software engineers.
Consistent success building high-quality pipelines and delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
Ability to build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, urgency, and creativity.
