Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth efforts
  • Ensure meeting hiring goals in a sustainable manner
  • Contribute to sourcing rich pipeline of PhD-level quantitative research talent
  • Manage offer process and develop closing strategies
  • Own candidate experience end-to-end
  • Maintain and improve high-performance recruiting process
  • Develop and share market knowledge on talent markets and recruiting practices
  • Lead projects to improve recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent
  • Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researcher and Data Science talent preferred
  • Excellent client management skills and consultative relationships with stakeholders
  • Track record of team contributions including mentorship, process improvement, and institutional knowledge
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, talented teams
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
