Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche, senior, and leadership engineering roles.
- Identify and attract technical talent through direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, professional communities, and conferences.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to understand needs, align priorities, and refine sourcing strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sourcing and pipeline performance.
- Provide market intelligence and advise hiring managers on hiring decisions.
- Integrate emerging AI tools into sourcing workflows to improve candidate engagement, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven success sourcing senior and specialty technical roles.
- Expertise with multiple sourcing channels and AI sourcing tools.
- Strong research and talent-mapping skills for hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with strong autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Curiosity and sound judgment when applying AI responsibly to improve work efficiency and impact.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $166,000–$195,000.
