Own the end-to-end Sales recruiting engine, beginning with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue organization. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles, beginning with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across SDR, AE, and sales leadership hiring.
- Drive outbound and inbound sourcing strategies, including messaging and revenue-talent pipeline quality.
- Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidates, and drive timely decisions.
- Run structured, high-signal interview processes with aligned rubrics and a strong candidate experience.
- Improve recruiting funnels, tracking, reporting, and tooling.
- Keep searches moving, hold stakeholders accountable, and close candidates.
- Expand into Customer Success and Implementation recruiting as the revenue organization grows.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with substantial Sales hiring ownership.
- Experience hiring Enterprise Account Executives and evaluating sales talent.
- Senior individual-contributor operating style with strong initiative.
- Strong outbound sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
- Ability to assess quota attainment, deal complexity, sales-motion fit, and closing ability.
- Experience improving recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working directly with sales leaders and executives.
- Willingness to recruit for Customer Success and Implementation roles as needed.

- $160,000–$190,000 salary.
