Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives in our San Francisco headquarters
Own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and team performance
Create a rhythm on the team including 1:1s, team meetings, deal reviews, coaching, and development
Establish playbooks, sales motions, and systems/processes alongside Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Marketing
Partner with GTM cross-functional peers and founders to help scale the organization
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales environments
2-3+ years in sales leadership
Experience scaling within early-stage or high-growth startup environments
Intellectually curious with ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Comfortable with AI tools and modern GTM tooling
Strong communicator who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
Nice-to-Haves
Experience helping scale a company from Series B through later growth stages
Background at companies known for strong product-led or modern GTM cultures
Strong opinions around sales tooling, systems, and GTM infrastructure
Leads a team of Mid-Market Relationship Managers to drive customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth through AI adoption. Owns team performance metrics including renewals, upsells, and pipeline while coaching on value-based selling of SaaS solutions. Requires 4+ years sales management experience.
