Responsibilities
- Manage the East Coast Growth sales team and own monthly revenue performance.
- Run weekly one-on-ones and deal reviews with each account executive.
- Produce accurate weekly forecasts.
- Coach calls, emails, negotiations, and closing strategies.
- Participate selectively in high-impact deals.
- Build the team’s outbound prospecting capabilities by working alongside representatives.
- Hire continuously and maintain a high hiring bar.
- Coach underperforming representatives with clear improvement plans and make timely performance decisions.
- Partner with enablement, marketing, product, and revenue operations to remove execution barriers.
- Develop deep knowledge of buyers and the product and teach both to the team.
- Travel up to 50% for events, conferences, and territory visits.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success carrying a sales quota and achieving targets in a fast-cycle, high-activity environment.
- 2–3 years of account executive management experience in a high-growth environment, ideally managing an outbound team.
- Strong judgment on deal coaching, forecasting, rep performance, and activity management.
- Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
- Willingness to work remotely, ideally from a Pacific or Mountain time zone.

- On-target earnings: $300,000–$300,000 USD, including base salary and target commissions or bonuses.
