Recruiting Program Manager

Own and improve centralized recruiting programs, leading change management, enablement, training, cross-functional initiatives, and data-driven operational improvements. Requires program and project management expertise, AI tool experience, strong communication, and preferably six or more years in recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and steer objectives and key result areas for centralized recruiting programs, including Recruiter Enablement, Quality of Hire, and Business Engagement.
  • Track and report program metrics and manage overall program performance.
  • Lead change-management initiatives within recruiting and collaborate with partners to facilitate transitions, tracking change adoption.
  • Provide enablement, knowledge, and resources to recruiting stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate, relevant, and discoverable repository of knowledge articles.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes.
  • Design training guides and educational materials for recruiters.
  • Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers on high-priority initiatives that improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through effective communication, coordination, and execution.
  • Support additional business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven program, change, and project management experience in a dynamic, global, high-growth environment.
  • Experience developing programs that improve quality and efficiency through measurable outcomes.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve daily operations.
  • Initiative, autonomy, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to implement impactful solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and presentation experience.
  • Proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving, including identifying trends and translating insights into improvements.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Recruiting experience, with at least 6 years in the field.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed to support global teams and different time zones.
