Commercial Systems Administrator [CPQ]
Own and optimize DealHub CPQ, integrating pricing, quoting, workflows, and data flows with Salesforce and downstream commercial systems. The role requires 2–4 years of CPQ experience, strong integration and troubleshooting skills, and cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Legal, Accounting, and Deal Desk.

Responsibilities
- Manage and configure DealHub CPQ, including pricing, quoting, and product catalog configurations.
- Streamline quote workflows and automate pricing processes with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders.
- Determine data flows between DealHub, CRM, CLM, ERP, and billing systems, and build the required integrations.
- Diagnose integration issues and build solutions across DealHub, CRM, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues.
- Audit CPQ data integrity and address issues before they affect users or downstream systems.
- Test changes before release and present new functionality to Deal Desk for review and sign-off.
- Create technical documentation and support Deal Desk with user training and adoption.
- Improve CPQ architecture and performance continuously.
- Evaluate and adopt DealHub releases, features, and best practices.
- Evaluate and pilot AI-assisted tools for configuration, testing, and workflow automation, including DealHub native AI solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ or an equivalent platform such as Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, or Conga.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, complex pricing models, and system integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues in CPQ and CRM tools.
- Experience creating and optimizing workflows and automation in CPQ and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce CPQ certification.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption contract models and pricing solutions.
- Ability to work until noon Eastern Standard Time at least three days per week.
