Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in platforms such as Marketo and Braze, ensuring high-quality execution and flawless delivery.
- Manage audience segmentation and list uploads using behavioral and demographic data.
- Perform rigorous QA on email assets, including content proofing, link validation, and dynamic content testing.
- Set up campaign tracking parameters and assist in monitoring open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time and align with brand standards.
- Support marketing database health through list hygiene and contact management.
- Build marketing campaigns end-to-end, primarily through email and in-product channels.
- Code new HTML emails from design files.
- Evaluate audience segmentation and campaign performance to ensure campaign setup matches campaign briefs.
- Build reports and perform analysis.
- Participate in meetings with project stakeholders.
- Execute ad hoc and short-term project initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- 1–3 years of work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data orientation, including understanding relevant data, asking effective questions, and applying data literacy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Independent problem-solving capabilities.
