Supports sales teams by maintaining CRM data, resolving operational cases, administering sales tools, researching accounts, and automating reporting processes. The role requires sales operations experience, strong Salesforce and SQL skills, and an analytical, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean sales data, including account hierarchies, account merging, contact movement and merging, and cloud organization movement.
- Provide frontline, Tier 1 support through the Sales Operations case queue, including case triage, resolution, responses, and escalation to Salesforce administrators or teams such as Deal Desk.
- Serve as an escalation point for Deal Desk, Commissions, and Support Operations.
- Update account and territory assignments.
- Administer users in sales tools, including activating new users and deactivating departing users.
- Identify trends in issues, problems, and requests to improve processes, tools, and training.
- Configure and set up Salesforce and other sales tools, including territory management and user hierarchy solutions.
- Learn prescribed tasks quickly, support less-prescribed processes, and create standard operating procedure documentation.
- Identify and qualify new accounts to support global territory bullpens.
- Research accounts and executives to build pipeline-generation reports and target lists.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Write SQL queries to automate manual processes.
- Create Sigma and Tableau dashboards.
- Analyze code segments regularly.
- Work with internal customers across time zones.
- Create requirements documents, estimate project timelines, define UAT scenarios, and support automation releases.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, or Engineering is preferred.
- At least 2.5 years of sales operations experience preferred.
- Three years of SQL experience.
- Strong automation skills using SQL and business intelligence tools.
- Good data warehouse knowledge.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, including account, contact, lead, and opportunity objects.
- Experience with Data Loader, DemandTools, Workbench, or similar bulk-update tools.
- Experience with research databases such as ZoomInfo, InsideView, and Crunchbase.
- Experience with sales productivity tools such as LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, and Cognism.
- Experience with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Understanding of sales cycles, processes, and data segmentation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Advanced Excel and Macros, plus Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
