GTM Enablement - Technical + Partners
Build technical enablement systems that raise AI and solution-selling readiness across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture. The role requires 7+ years in a technical GTM function, strong enterprise AI fluency, and experience systematizing technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical knowledge hub for all GTM, including a demo library, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, and AI use-case patterns.
- Raise the technical floor for AEs and CSMs through use-case fluency, art-of-the-possible guidance, and AI transformation conversations suitable for CIOs and VPs of Product.
- Leverage the SA team as a force multiplier by extracting, systematizing, and sharing its knowledge across the broader field.
- Co-own SA ramp and ongoing development with the Head of SA and senior SA team.
- Build systems that automate enablement, embed knowledge in workflows, and reduce friction before it becomes a training problem.
- Ensure AE and CSM technical readiness, deal-stage SA leverage, and a strong technical narrative across the funnel.
- Audit GTM technical knowledge assets and identify gaps associated with lost deals.
- Build an AI use-case pattern library and reference architecture set.
- Design an SA-as-knowledge-multiplier model for transferring technical depth to the broader field.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical GTM role, such as SA, SE, solutions consultant, or technical enablement partner.
- Technical credibility to work as a peer to SAs and FDEs, combined with the ability to translate technical depth into practical field guidance for AEs and CSMs.
- Experience building and shipping technical knowledge systems, such as demo libraries, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, or AI use-case pattern libraries.
- Fluency in AI use cases and enterprise AI transformation conversations.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills and the ability to define scope in a role without an established precedent.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a product-led growth or AI-native company where technical positioning was a competitive differentiator.
- Experience building cross-functional technical enablement programs for both pre-sale and post-sale teams.
