Lead a High-Performing Product Sales Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Sales Specialists accountable for product adoption and commercial outcomes.
  • Establish operating rhythms for pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity inspection, and performance management.
  • Develop consultative selling capabilities and deep product expertise.
  • Foster ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Drive Product Adoption and Commercial Impact

  • Translate GTM and product priorities into sales motions that generate pipeline and accelerate adoption.
  • Increase product penetration, cross-sell, and expansion across the seller base.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers on complex opportunities.
  • Coach discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and closing strategies; engage directly with sellers when needed.
  • Use pipeline, performance, and seller insights to prioritize resources and improve sales motions.

Build Scalable Product Sales Motions

  • Develop and operationalize repeatable sales plays for priority and underpenetrated products.
  • Test and scale approaches to targeting, messaging, seller engagement, and specialist deployment.
  • Partner with GTM Strategy, Operations, Data Science, and Product on targeting, capacity, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Evolve the Product Sales operating model as the product portfolio and commercial priorities grow.

Enable the Broader Sales Organization

  • Increase product expertise and selling confidence across Account Executives, Account Managers, and frontline sales teams.
  • Partner with Enablement and Marketing on sales plays, messaging, competitive positioning, ROI frameworks, and training.
  • Translate seller objections, product gaps, and frontline insights into scalable enablement and commercialization improvements.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement to improve product adoption and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, specialist sales, solution sales, fintech, SaaS, payments, or another complex commercial environment, including experience leading sales teams.
  • Proven success managing teams accountable for revenue, pipeline, product adoption, cross-sell, or expansion.
  • Strong sales leadership fundamentals, including coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity inspection, and performance management.
  • Experience selling complex products requiring consultative discovery and strong product expertise.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives and Account Managers in a specialist or overlay sales model.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate product priorities into actionable sales opportunities.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with comfort building processes and operating models in an evolving environment.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary range varies by U.S. pay zone: $172,600–$258,800 in Zone D; $183,000–$274,400 in Zone C; $193,400–$290,000 in Zone B; and $207,900–$311,900 in Zone A.
  • Pay is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
