Sales Enablement Lead, GTM Onboarding
Own and continuously improve Anthropic’s GTM onboarding program, from curriculum and cohort delivery through ramp measurement and post-onboarding support. The role requires sales enablement or program management experience, strong facilitation and program operations skills, and the ability to explain technical products to sellers.

Responsibilities
- Own the GTM onboarding program end to end, including curriculum design, cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, live delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver training covering products, sales motions, customer stories, and tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Apollo.
- Translate technical product concepts, including Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude Developer Platform, into practical language for sellers.
- Recruit, prepare, and support internal facilitators and field volunteers; brief facilitators on cohort composition and run mock discovery calls with new account executives.
- Build and maintain onboarding infrastructure, including rosters, calendars, communications, and automated workflows using Claude.
- Measure program effectiveness through attendance, comprehension checks, feedback surveys, and sales ramp metrics; present findings and recommendations to GTM leadership.
- Build and maintain 30/60/90-day ramp plans and post-onboarding resources.
- Partner with hiring managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and product teams to identify enablement gaps and incorporate new content.
- Adapt and extend the program for international GTM teams and new role types.
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement and/or program management.
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding or training programs for sales teams, including curriculum development and live facilitation.
- Ability to explain technical product concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong program management skills and experience running recurring, multi-stakeholder operations reliably.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Clear, credible communication with new hires, facilitators, and senior GTM leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or program management.
- Experience running sales onboarding at a significantly scaled company.
- Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate operational workflows.
- Experience measuring and reporting sales ramp performance.
- Experience adapting enablement content for international or multilingual audiences.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller, sales engineer, or customer-facing technical professional.
Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings compensation: $190,000 USD.
