Partner Enablement Lead, System Integrators

Leads the strategy and operating model for enabling Anthropic’s global system integrator ecosystem, including scalable learning, certification, and co-selling programs. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Anthropic’s enablement strategy for the global system integrator ecosystem.
  • Serve as enablement lead for strategic global system integrators, accountable for practitioner readiness and certification outcomes.
  • Build and scale the SI enablement function, including its team, operating model, and coverage approach.
  • Design and operationalize programs for onboarding, technical workshops, train-the-trainer initiatives, hackathons, and product launches.
  • Develop partner learning pathways and scalable certification delivery models.
  • Create enablement content, including playbooks, solution guides, and technical assets.
  • Enable sellers and partner managers to engage, position, and co-sell effectively with SIs.
  • Align cross-functional partner initiatives across Partnerships, Sales, Applied AI, Product, Marketing, and Enablement.
  • Establish metrics for partner activation, certification progress, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness.
  • Build feedback loops connecting partner insights to enablement, product, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of Partner Enablement, Alliance, or Sales experience.
  • Experience building and scaling partner enablement or practice development programs in high-growth technology environments.
  • Deep experience working with or inside large global system integrators and understanding how they build, staff, and grow technology practices.
  • Existing senior relationships across the system integrator ecosystem and executive presence with practice and alliance leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex product and go-to-market strategy into clear, scalable programs.
  • Strong cross-functional operating and initiative leadership skills.
  • Systems-oriented approach to operating models and tiered coverage.
  • Technical curiosity about AI and credibility with business and technical partner audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Approximately 25–35% travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building or running an authorized training partner or certified instructor network.
  • Experience owning or closely partnering with a technology certification program.
  • Experience in a GSI AI, data, or cloud practice, or on a hyperscaler’s SI alliance team.
  • Track record connecting enablement activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience scaling programs across multiple regions, including offshore delivery centers.
  • People management experience with distributed or matrixed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual compensation range: $190,000–$310,000 USD.
  • Hybrid work model with regular onsite time at Anthropic offices and with partners.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible roles and candidates.
