Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement managers and activation specialists responsible for content creation and curation, training development, and go-to-market program delivery.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and quality standards across the team.
- Build team capacity and capabilities by identifying skill gaps, investing in development, and hiring exceptional talent.
Enablement Content & Program Strategy
- Co-own the end-to-end enablement content strategy with the Enablement Director and Foundations + Quality Enablement Manager.
- Guide the creation of audience-specific, evergreen assets, including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, onboarding curricula, and certification programs.
- Leverage AI for content development, personalized learning, coaching at scale, and practice.
- Translate company and supply strategy into actionable enablement plays for field, vendor, and scaled operations audiences.
- Establish high standards for enablement deliverables from onboarding through upskilling, ensuring content changes behavior and drives measurable performance outcomes.
GTM Activation
- Partner with regional leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC and cross-functional stakeholders to launch products, strategic initiatives, approved positioning, and sales plays effectively and on time.
- Build feedback loops between field teams across Homes, Hotels, Services, and Experiences and the enablement team.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Measurement
- Work with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Community, and Policy to embed enablement insights into strategic initiatives.
- Report program performance, ROI, and team impact to senior leadership.
- Partner with Advanced Analytics to design A/B and ERF experiments that measure investment incrementality.
- Serve as a player-coach on high-priority programs while developing the team's independence and craft.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related field, ideally in a high-growth technology or marketplace company.
- 3+ years managing and developing enablement or GTM teams.
- Frontline sales experience, including quota-carrying, account management, or direct experience in a sales motion.
- Deep expertise with AI-powered enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, Intellum, or Seismic, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong background in instructional design and content strategy.
- Experience designing and scaling GTM activation programs across geographically distributed field and vendor teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influencing without authority.
- Strong data fluency, including partnering with analytics teams to design experiments, interpret results, and present impact in business terms.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $192,000–$235,000 USD.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
