Leads Twilio.org sales activity, coaching account executives, growing strategic customer revenue, generating pipeline, and closing complex enterprise deals. The role requires platform-selling experience, strong performance-management skills, and comfort engaging senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Support the sale of multi-product solutions to existing customers and onboard large enterprise customers with their initial use cases.
- Retain and grow existing revenue through strategic account management.
- Generate new pipeline through cross-sell and upsell motions and outbound SDR-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with account executives and cross-functional partners to close complex deals and advance C-suite relationships.
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly operating cadences to drive accountability and achieve quarterly revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and share best practices across the Twilio.org team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and sales success.
- Experience selling platform solutions; experience in Contact Center, cPaaS, or data/martech is helpful.
- Customer-focused, metrics-driven approach with experience coaching and developing account executives.
- Experience hiring senior or enterprise-level account executives and managing performance.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and plan and execute executive business reviews.
- Comfortable engaging application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line-of-business owners.
- Approximately 30–40% travel.
Compensation
- California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, D.C., and Washington State salary ranges are provided by location:
- Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.: $158,632–$198,290
- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: $167,440–$209,300
- San Francisco Bay Area, California: $176,256–$220,320
- May be eligible for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
