Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-volume inside sales team to exceed performance objectives and quotas.
- Develop tailored coaching and personalized growth plans; provide regular training, feedback, and performance management.
- Monitor sales metrics, CRM data, conversion rates, and trends to improve individual and team performance.
- Hire and train high-performing sales representatives.
- Foster a client-focused, empathetic, customer-centric sales culture.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, processes, tools, and team engagement in a remote environment.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in sales processes and optimize CRM and sales applications.
- Ensure the team effectively manages 75–90 calls per day while maintaining quality customer interactions.
- Work some evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading a quota-carrying inside sales team with accountability for performance metrics.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Proven success coaching team members to exceed KPIs in a high-volume, consultative sales environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, hiring, and team-development skills.
- Experience executing sales plans and reviewing metrics.
- Ability to implement and train teams in strategic selling techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of the aging population and passion for connecting people with appropriate support.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in home healthcare, senior care, or a related industry.
- 2+ years of inside sales management experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring salary range: $73,080–$75,000 USD.
- Hiring variable compensation range: $0.01–$25,000 USD.
