Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sellers serving startup customers.
- Partner with solutions teams to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
- Drive and implement sales strategy for the startups segment.
- Manage consumption revenue forecasts.
- Develop programs and strategic initiatives focused on startup customers.
- Advocate for improvements to the startup experience and synthesize product feedback.
- Monitor industry, competitor, partner, and customer landscapes to inform product and corporate strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, guide, and mentor sales team members.
- Support company culture and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, developer relations, operations, and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading sales teams.
- Deep experience in the startup ecosystem as a founder, early startup employee, or startup-focused customer-facing professional.
- Experience selling platform-as-a-service or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company.
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
- Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance startups.
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events, such as advisory councils, conferences, and product launches.
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence.
- Experience reporting on customer success activities.
- Strong executive relationship-building, customer advisory, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology environment.

Compensation
- Annual compensation: $378,000–$504,000.
