Responsibilities
- Build and validate the US solution narrative through research with customers and prospects.
- Adapt global positioning for US insurance buyers in partnership with the UK product marketing team.
- Drive commercial adoption by certifying US sellers and measuring messaging fidelity through call reviews.
- Develop US-specific proof points and case studies.
- Ensure core solution assets are used in US deal cycles and strengthen sales enablement.
- Own content strategy and market narrative for flagship events, including HX Live-NY.
- Partner with sales on complex deals, bringing actuarial and underwriting credibility to solution positioning.
- Consolidate field and customer insights into clear, actionable reporting.
Requirements
- Experience launching differentiated solution narratives for enterprise buyers in complex, technical B2B SaaS environments, with evidence of impact on sales execution.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze calls and produce content, with a credible perspective on AI's impact on go-to-market.
- Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders on go-to-market priorities and deal strategy.
- Significant contribution to sales enablement, including seller certification, coaching, and feedback loops.
- Ability to systematically capture customer and field signals and turn them into positioning or content decisions.
- Ability to engage credibly with actuaries and underwriters, or rapidly develop expertise in an unfamiliar industry.
