Responsibilities
- Own integrated campaign strategy and the end-to-end marketing calendar across digital, email, web, field/events, partner, account-based marketing, and paid channels.
- Translate product launches, sales priorities, and market opportunities into cohesive, measurable multi-channel campaigns.
- Coordinate execution with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Design.
- Establish and refine campaign briefs, project workflows, marketing-calendar processes, and operating cadences.
- Design targeted programs for enterprise IT teams and managed service providers, tailoring messaging and channel mix to each audience.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks; analyze pipeline contribution, engagement, funnel conversion, and ROI to optimize programs.
- Manage the integrated marketing budget, agency relationships, and vendors.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketing program and campaign managers.
- Ensure campaigns reflect Nerdio’s brand, voice, quality standards, and positioning across AVD, Windows 365, and Microsoft 365 management.
- Partner with marketing leadership and the CMO on strategic priorities, leadership reviews, board-level updates, special projects, and cross-department follow-through.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years managing integrated campaigns or marketing programs.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, IT infrastructure, or software companies.
- Proven success building and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong program and project management skills, including ownership of complex calendars and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales on go-to-market strategy.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and project-management platforms.
- Data-driven experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and applying insights.
- People-management experience and a record of developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials, leadership updates, and board presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD.
