Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders and leadership teams to develop and implement people and culture strategies.
- Advise leaders as a coach, trusted advisor, change agent, consultant, and thought partner on talent matters.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance management, career planning, coaching, people-data analysis, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, and recognition programs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify risks and opportunities, frame trade-offs, and make actionable recommendations.
- Partner with People Team centers of excellence to implement scalable solutions.
- Lead compensation reviews, performance evaluations, engagement action planning, talent reviews, calibrations, and promotion evaluations.
- Ensure core people processes and employee transactions are executed rigorously while improving and scaling systems and ways of working.
- Travel to relevant offices and leadership offsites approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience creating measurable impact for a major business unit, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
- 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting global technical go-to-market or customer support teams.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership, including Vice President-level leaders.
- Strong judgment and experience assessing business risk.
- Ability to solve complex challenges, identify root causes, and design and implement cross-disciplinary solutions.
- Experience influencing decision-making.
- Self-motivated, assertive, adaptable, flexible, and able to drive solutions autonomously.
- Comfortable partnering with both employees and leadership across tactical and strategic priorities.
Compensation
- Base salary: $98,000–$193,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
