What You'll Do
Identify and attract top profiles for GTM functions by sourcing and proactive outreach after identifying needs of team leaders and hiring managers.
Execute multi-channel sourcing methodologies and headhunting strategies to engage passive and top-tier SaaS talent.
Assess applications and potential interest by managing candidate screening and conducting pre-qualification interviews.
Provide an excellent candidate experience.
Manage and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders through coaching and sharing best practices.
Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
Lead Talent Acquisition Optimization initiatives to scale infrastructure and operating system as a Talent Acquisition team.
Who You Are
7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-growing environment with prior experience in go-to-market hiring in the Tech space.
Strong headhunting skills; able to pivot from volume approaches to retained search as needed.
Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys challenges and being hands-on.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; builds strong relationships with candidates and employees; acts as a key brand ambassador.
Proficient with productivity tools; manages and prioritizes tasks in a structured way.
