Manager, Solutions Engineering
Leads and develops a Solutions Engineering team supporting Australian growth and enterprise accounts, combining people leadership with hands-on cloud security expertise and technical customer advisory. The role requires experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and willingness to travel within Australia.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a team of regionally focused Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with the regional sales director to build strong relationships with account teams covering Australia Growth and Enterprise accounts.
- Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Drive team accountability for deal management in Salesforce.
- Provide technical leadership while also working directly with the technology.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Travel 25–50% of the time, primarily within Australia, to support accounts.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise or growth accounts.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Cloud security experience and a background in or experience with network engineering.
- Knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, containers, and risk-based security assessments or frameworks.
- Legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Technical SaaS selling experience.
- Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
- Awareness of CI/CD processes and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
