Responsibilities
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Demonstrate the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept sessions.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support teams across time zones.
Requirements
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
- Willingness to use the product and provide feedback.
- Fluent spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Experience working remotely.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, primarily across Japan and APAC.
- Reside in Tokyo.
