Enterprise Solutions Engineer who partners with account executives to architect generative AI solutions, create tailored demonstrations, and guide complex enterprise integrations. Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions that deliver strong return on investment for customers.
- Create and architect generative AI experiences for customers’ end users.
- Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform, tailored to specific customer needs and value.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, business users, and engineering stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects and customers.
- Drive value-based solutioning and integration of an AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Functional understanding of go-to-market systems and workflows.
Nice-to-haves
