Leads the global enterprise RFP function, setting pursuit strategy, coordinating technical and commercial stakeholders, and building AI-first processes and tooling. Responsibilities
- Define how the company approaches major enterprise pursuits globally.
- Decide which opportunities to pursue and lead strategy for important enterprise responses.
- Build an AI-first RFP engine with processes, tooling, and intelligence that improve future pursuits.
- Bring sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders together around winning strategies.
- Lead a small global team initially and scale the function over time.
- Coordinate technical requirements, commercial narratives, senior stakeholders, finalist presentations, and hard deadlines.
- Systematize or automate repeated proposal work.
Requirements
- Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs through solutions engineering, pre-sales, enterprise proposals, or bid leadership at a technology company.
- Fluent use of AI in professional work, with experience shipping internal tooling or workflows or partnering closely with engineers to build them.
- Exceptional communication with enterprise customers, evaluators, executives, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial judgment, including evaluating deal criteria, shaping win strategies with sales teams, and declining weak pursuits with clear rationale.
- Ambition to build and lead a global function rather than only operate a process.
