Bridges legal expertise, customer discovery, sales, and product development to help law firms and in-house teams adopt AI workflows. Requires an Australian practising certificate, at least three years as a qualified lawyer, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey fits into legal work.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and legal workflow insights into product direction.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap and support trusted product adoption.
- Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases for legal teams, including AI-enabled workflows.
- Introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling way for each customer.
- Provide competitive and market intelligence for the APAC legal technology landscape.
- Strengthen Harvey’s reputation in the APAC region as an AI partner to the legal industry.
Requirements
- Based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia.
- Australian practising certificate or equivalent common-law qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house, with exposure to complex legal workflows and client expectations.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
- Ability to work across legal, product, and sales contexts and communicate clearly with varied stakeholders.
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills, including comfort engaging partners, senior associates, in-house counsel, and legal leadership.
Nice to Have
- Sales, customer-facing, or law firm business development experience, particularly experience shaping solutions.
