Inside Sales Representative

Own the customer lifecycle for a book of business, from inbound lead qualification and discovery through trials, renewals, and expansion. The role requires 1–3 years of commercial experience, strong CRM discipline, resilience, and coachability.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound marketing-qualified leads using the ideal customer profile and move prospects through discovery and qualification.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and map them to solutions.
  • Coordinate with Solution Consultants on trial environments and product demonstrations.
  • Manage a book of accounts and maintain multiple sales pipelines.
  • Handle customer objections using case studies and outcome data.
  • Manage customer handoffs to Enterprise Account Managers when deals outgrow the standard motion.
  • Own renewals and protect customer relationships.
  • Identify expansion opportunities during renewal cycles.
  • Maintain clean CRM data, monitor account health, and flag renewal risks.
  • Participate in coaching, share sales learnings, and improve team processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of commercial experience in Sales Development, Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity teams and workforce development.
  • Strong CRM discipline and numerical performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-moving environment and respond well to coaching.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and an action-oriented approach to sales.
  • Interest in developing expertise across sales development, customer success, and account management.
