Senior Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the revenue organization.
- Test outbound playbooks, messaging, and channels as the motion evolves.
- Research target accounts and engage multiple stakeholders to identify decision-makers.
- Secure executive-level conversations despite rejection and gatekeepers.
- Collaborate with sales partners on target accounts, handoffs, and account strategy.
- Partner with marketing to test and refine messaging and offers based on market conversion.
- Track and report outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce, using data to improve the playbook.
Requirements
- High resilience and persistence in outbound prospecting.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building new processes.
- Track record of high-volume outbound prospecting and exceeding pipeline or meeting targets.
- Strong executive presence and ability to hold high-level conversations with HR, benefits, and finance leaders.
- Bias toward action, rapid iteration, and adapting based on results.
- Prior BDR or SDR experience, ideally in a complex, enterprise, or long-cycle sales motion.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
