Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Retail Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly qualified meeting and sales targets.
- Coach sales best practices, cold outreach, and understanding of the retail and eCommerce landscape.
- Track key business and industry trends and translate them into coaching moments and process improvements.
- Build and maintain retailer relationships at high-value accounts, with direct involvement in calls and the sales cycle to close small-business opportunities.
- Improve sales processes, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to reach independent retailers faster and more precisely.
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to develop scalable processes that accelerate retailer acquisition and support business growth.
Requirements
- History of exceeding sales goals and quota.
- Experience in a sales management environment, or 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in eCommerce.
- History of developing early-career professionals.
- Process- and data-driven approach, with proven sales-funnel optimization success.
- Success implementing activity metrics and coaching cold outreach.
Nice-to-Haves
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
- SMB sales experience; retail or eCommerce experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS salary range: $87,000–$157,500 USD annually.
- OTE range: $124,500–$157,500 USD.
- Base pay ranges vary by permanent US work location: $87,000–$92,000 in all other states; $96,000–$101,000 in specified states; $100,000–$105,500 in Washington; and $104,000–$110,000 in California, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
- Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan, new-hire equity grant, annual refresh grants, and company benefits.
