Responsibilities
- Design and implement enablement strategies aligned with global sales objectives for the Mid-Market business segment.
- Adapt existing programs and create new solutions for the specific needs of Mid-Market teams.
- Develop tailored enablement initiatives for direct and channel sales motions and roles including Business Development, Account Executives, and Account Managers.
- Collect and synthesize field intelligence through call listening, rep interviews, conversational intelligence, and collaboration with AI Operations and QA teams.
- Partner with global enablement professionals to share resources and support continuous learning.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives, including planning, documentation, execution, and measurement.
- Create and adapt enablement resources, including AI tools, sales playbooks, product updates, competitive intelligence, and upselling and cross-selling best practices.
- Lead large-scale live training and small-group coaching sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience supporting international markets is strongly preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling enablement programs across multiple organizations and regions.
- Experience developing enablement solutions with AI technologies such as Glean, Claude, or Gemini.
- Certification in at least one sales methodology, such as Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, or Value Selling.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and cultures.
- Customer-first, results-oriented, ownership-minded, and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
