About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
  • Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics, driving improvements through insights.
  • Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
