Build and own end-to-end product software for Talent Acquisition teams, taking projects from customer research and product definition through design, implementation, and delivery. Responsibilities
- Ship product features end-to-end across the technology stack.
- Own a substantial portion of a product and lead projects from research and specification through design, prototyping, implementation, and integration.
- Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and make product and design decisions.
- Build reusable abstractions, tools, infrastructure, and other leverage-oriented improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Develop intelligent, powerful software for Talent Acquisition teams, including automation, workflow simplification, and insights.
Requirements
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed to deliver features.
- Experience tackling projects with significant product and technical ambiguity.
- Ability to build powerful abstractions and flexible systems for complex problems.
- Strong judgment balancing speed, quality, and urgency.
- Ambitious, receptive to feedback, and committed to improving technical and product skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while vetting decisions with stakeholders and keeping collaborators informed.
- Strong inclination toward automation, abstraction, debugging tools, lint rules, and other ways to create leverage.
Compensation
- Salary range: $195,000–$248,000.
