Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack
Build scalable full-stack products that simplify data insights across Databricks’ analytics and AI platform. The role requires strong front-end architecture, modern JavaScript and server-side development experience, SQL, cloud technologies, and large-scale distributed systems expertise.

Responsibilities
- Build full-stack products that make insights from data simple.
- Work with engineering teammates and product management across the full product and user experience.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and customer-focused products.
- Contribute to products involving large-scale log analytics, AI-powered business intelligence, governed business semantics, Databricks Apps, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deliver incremental improvements toward a multi-year product vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture and user experience design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.
- 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Customer-focused approach and motivation to deliver customer value.
Compensation
- Canada pay range: $146,200–$201,100 CAD.
- Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
