Responsibilities
- Create and manage AWS offers, renewals, amendments, and related transactions for alliance opportunities.
- Manage AWS opportunities from creation through closure, coordinating with internal sellers and AWS counterparts.
- Research target accounts and support account mapping, segmentation, and sizing for outreach and enterprise deal planning.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monthly reporting on Marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, partner engagement, utilization, and ARR contribution.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell activity is accurately reflected in Salesforce and reporting tools.
- Track partner and field engagement, support partner events and campaigns, and measure activation impact against sales and pipeline goals.
- Document and improve repeatable alliance processes, including automation opportunities for Marketplace transactions and AWS-related workflows.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an analyst, operations, specialist, go-to-market operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or alliances role.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM reporting.
- Understanding of revenue recognition and routes to market, including direct sales and partner-led models.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Operations while managing moderately complex projects with general supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting partner, Marketplace, or alliance programs.
- Familiarity with AWS co-sell programs.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Looker.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States: $77,000 USD–$108,000 USD annual base salary; commission-eligible. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
- Canada: $73,000 CAD–$102,000 CAD annual base salary; commission-eligible. Benefits include health, dental, RRSP, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
