Responsibilities
Partner Activation & Campaign Support
- Maintain partner marketing calendars, activation trackers, workback plans, and deliverable lists.
- Translate partnership goals and signed commitments into internal briefs, asset requests, timelines, and next steps.
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns across email, paid media, social, content, events, PR, and partner-owned channels.
- Track asset creation, feedback, approvals, and handoffs between Solace and partner teams.
- Maintain organized playbooks, templates, partner folders, campaign documentation, and approved asset records.
Partner Coordination
- Support day-to-day communication with external partners under the guidance of the Partnership Marketing Manager.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, capture owners and deadlines, and draft follow-ups.
- Coordinate scheduling, asset exchanges, launch dates, and routine requests with partner marketing teams.
- Flag missing information, delays, and risks before they affect launches.
- Research partner audiences, comparable activations, and co-marketing ideas.
Cross-Functional & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with brand, creative, performance, PR, and analytics teams to keep activations moving.
- Route co-marketing materials through legal and compliance review when needed.
- Incorporate approved changes and maintain records of approved messaging and deliverables.
Tracking & Reporting
- Pull basic campaign and partner performance data using established dashboards and trackers.
- Prepare partner recaps covering launches, results, follow-ups, and learnings.
- Track metrics such as traffic, patient volume, acquisition efficiency, engagement, and brand impact.
- Document learnings to make future activations faster and more repeatable.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, campus organizations, sponsorships, events, student consulting, account-management projects, freelance work, and side projects count.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
- Strong written communication and ability to draft concise professional emails, updates, agendas, and recaps.
- High emotional intelligence and a thoughtful, responsive, reliable approach.
- Comfort interacting with external partners and escalating to senior team members when appropriate.
- Attention to detail and good judgment when coordinating co-branded healthcare work.
- Curiosity about how partnerships drive growth and brand trust.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort in a fast-moving environment.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role based in the Redwood City office, three days per week.
