Responsibilities
- Measure affiliate program growth against KPIs and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and department leadership to develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies.
- Prospect and maintain a targeted list of existing and prospective affiliates.
- Create personalized strategies to support quarterly affiliate goals and targets.
- Hold sponsored and endorsed affiliates accountable to contractual expectations.
- Coordinate affiliate landing pages and predefined affiliate offers.
- Attend in-person events, including travel, standing for extended periods, and full participation in event activities.
- Assist with assigned event duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development.
- Working knowledge of social media management, social media advertising, website and funnel building, and SEO.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to help users succeed with software.
- Experience with, or ability to learn, various CRM systems.
