Revenue Operations Analyst
Own day-to-day RevOps for Vanta's NAMER SDR org: performance analysis, Salesforce ops, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue efficiency.
The Deal Desk Analyst will own day-to-day deal support, review order forms, and audit closed-won deals for accuracy. This role involves building and maintaining the Deal Desk operating system and contributing to infrastructure improvements.

The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Tier 1 Pay Range (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle) $129,600—$161,900 USD
Tier 2 Pay Range (All other US Locations) $112,600—$140,800 USD

Manages revenue operations with a focus on sales commission calculations, process automation, Salesforce reporting, and implementing commission platforms to scale go-to-market efficiency. Requires 4-7 years RevOps experience and strong data/Excel skills.
Deal Desk Analyst supporting Global Sales at Yubico with quoting, complex deal structuring, pricing, and Salesforce workflows. Requires 5+ years in sales ops or enablement within tech/hardware, strong process improvement skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment.
Own operational processes, reporting, and programs supporting the Customer Success team. Partner with CS leadership, RevOps, Finance, and Sales to drive process improvements, planning cycles, and systems evolution.
Own sales tooling ecosystem, routing infrastructure, and operational workflows to enable efficient prospecting and scalable growth. Partner with Sales leadership to optimize systems and processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
