Revenue Operations Manager
Own the CRM, commercial systems, pipeline reporting, forecasting, deal processes, and enablement operations that support a predictable revenue engine. The role requires 3+ years of RevOps experience, hands-on HubSpot expertise, strong analytics, SQL, BI tooling, and comfort using AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Airtable CRM, including configuration, fields, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- Maintain CRM data quality, automate record management, and integrate HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, and other go-to-market tools.
- Manage commercial technology vendors, renewals, integrations, support, tool evaluation, rollout, training, and adoption.
- Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, forecast, attribution, and conversion reporting for Commercial leadership.
- Partner with Finance to align pipeline, forecast, bookings, and revenue-recognition reporting.
- Document sales processes, stage definitions, exit criteria, SOPs, playbooks, and revenue-lifecycle handoffs.
- Optimize pricing approvals, contract routing, and order-form workflows with Finance.
- Coordinate sales enablement with Marketing, including playbooks, collateral, training, and tooling.
- Use Gong to surface conversation insights and support coaching opportunities.
- Perform analyses such as deal scoring, win/loss patterns, campaign performance, and rep productivity.
- Build repeatable self-service reporting and use AI tools to analyze data, draft documentation, maintain automations, and improve workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Revenue Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience with flexible CRM environments such as Airtable, Notion databases, Smartsheet, or custom systems is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Familiarity with Gong or another conversation-intelligence platform.
- Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for data analysis, workflow development, and reporting.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- SQL proficiency and experience with a business-intelligence tool.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certification.
- Experience supporting commercial teams in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies such as weighted pipeline, commit/best case, and top-down versus bottom-up reconciliation.
- Experience establishing or scaling Revenue Operations at an early-stage company.
Compensation
- Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually.
- Fully remote role based in the United States.
