Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ.
- Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queue, managing intake, triage, and escalation of Quote-to-Cash requests within defined SLAs.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and resolve system inefficiencies.
- Standardize deal workflows and systemize escalation processes within Salesforce to improve operational transparency.
- Ensure deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and financial compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for complex deal structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or a similar tool, including configuring products, bundles, price rules, and troubleshooting quote logic.
- Ability to balance sales velocity with revenue integrity and pricing and compliance guardrails.
- Clear communication skills for articulating complex commercial concepts across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented experience managing high-volume queues in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States; the company is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected hourly rate: $53.37–$67.31.
