Revenue Operations Manager
Own the systems, reporting, processes, and planning that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role requires 3–5 years of revenue or sales operations experience, strong Salesforce and analytics skills, and the ability to automate workflows and advise executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own and administer the go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Maintain system configuration, data hygiene, workflows, integrations, and CRM accuracy/completeness of at least 95%.
- Identify and implement 3–4 AI and automation initiatives annually to reduce manual work by 20% or more in affected workflows.
- Manage the GTM systems roadmap and evaluate, pilot, and roll out new capabilities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable GTM insights.
- Run monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including pipeline reviews and board-level metrics.
- Present recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Design and document lead-routing, opportunity-management, quoting, and deal-desk processes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve funnel conversion and representative productivity.
- Co-lead annual operating planning with Finance and Sales leadership, including revenue targets, growth drivers, headcount assumptions, and capacity models.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation calculations.
- Maintain representative-level quota and territory documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytics or systems role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, Salesloft, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to distill large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience using AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Confidence presenting to executives and translating data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success building or improving processes in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

- California base salary range: $110,000–$125,000 plus commission upon hire.
