Prospect and close business with home service owners while developing core sales skills through structured coaching, training, discovery, demos, and pipeline management. Responsibilities
- Prospect home service business owners through high-volume calling, email, and other outreach.
- Conduct discovery conversations and understand small business owners’ needs.
- Demo the product and connect it to customer problems.
- Manage a pipeline from initial conversation through close.
- Participate in coaching, role plays, call reviews, and team training.
- Apply feedback quickly and share effective practices with teammates.
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage follow-ups, prioritize opportunities, and stay organized.
- Use technology and AI to improve sales effectiveness.
- Own results and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.
Requirements

- Ability to work onsite five days per week in downtown Nashville.
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $50,000 base salary with uncapped commissions; on-target earnings of $85,000+.
