Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deal review and closing, including approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing on deal execution and commercialization.
- Design, build, and optimize sales and deal processes for pricing, packaging, and product launches.
- Advise Sales on complex and non-standard deals, providing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
- Maintain opportunity data hygiene and support audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop sales motions, deal levers, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, including through AI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within the technology sector.
- Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to advance complex deals.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Strong sales support, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform.
- Experience using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.

- San Francisco, CA base pay range: $125,000–$150,000. Actual salary depends on job-related skills, experience, and location; compensation outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
