Senior Revenue Operations Manager
Leads cross-functional Revenue Operations strategy for a B2B SaaS business, connecting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance processes across the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Own strategic revenue and go-to-market operations initiatives from requirements through implementation, change management, and adoption.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve customer-lifecycle processes, data flows, handoffs, and operating rhythms.
- Design and improve opportunity management, pipeline and forecasting, account and territory management, deal workflows, renewals, expansion, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Own Marketing Operations processes including lead lifecycle and scoring, routing, campaign management, attribution, intent signals, and funnel conversion.
- Own Customer Success Operations processes including health scoring, segmentation, account planning, renewals, expansion, churn risk, retention, and growth.
- Optimize GTM systems and processes, including Salesforce governance, workflows, automation, integrations, and system improvements.
- Partner with GTM Analytics on metrics, reporting requirements, and data standards.
- Establish data definitions, business rules, ownership, and governance across the GTM ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and change management with clear scope, timelines, ownership, and success measures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting multiple stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Customer Success platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Operations, demand generation, Sales Operations, and Customer Success Operations.
- Experience owning complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Strong project management skills across multiple initiatives, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS deal structures, including renewals, co-terming, pricing, and approval workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000–$160,000, plus equity and benefits.
