Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Operations leadership to translate strategic goals into analytical frameworks and project charters.
- Lead analyses on coverage, pipeline health, and sales-motion performance.
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, including GTM resets, new role or motion launches, coverage redesign, and incentive changes.
- Structure projects into workstreams and provide direction to ICs and cross-functional partners.
- Co-design and maintain sales-process governance, including stage definitions, rules of engagement, and approval paths.
- Standardize core processes across teams.
- Own process design for HubSpot and Salesforce, partnering with CRM administrators on data quality and feature rollouts.
- Identify and pilot AI and automation opportunities for sales processes.
- Define KPI frameworks and assist with dashboards and reports in Sigma, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders to facilitate working sessions and decision forums.
- Set standards for documentation and strategic analysis and incorporate external best practices.
- Provide project leadership, mentoring, and coaching without direct reports.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects that improve sales performance or go-to-market alignment.
- Experience partnering with senior Sales and Finance leaders on strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and interpreting CRM reports and complex datasets.
- Ability to design and interpret models for territories, capacity, funnel performance, or incentives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales and go-to-market tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis clearly.
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional influence skills.
- Highly organized, systems-oriented approach and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to five days per quarter for team gatherings and other events.
Compensation and Benefits
- National total target cash compensation: $123,000–$173,000 annually, including base salary and bonus target.
