Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and surface reliable insights.
- Partner with R&D to productize successful workflows.
- Own and evolve core revenue workflows across provider go-to-market teams.
- Lead Revenue Operations initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data analysis through implementation and rollout.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-native tools including Attention, Clay, Glean, and Claude.
- Shadow representatives to design workflows based on frontline needs.
- Partner cross-functionally on business and frontline representative priorities.
- Use quantitative analysis to evaluate process performance, identify bottlenecks, define success measures, and recommend ROI-driven improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles in high-growth, operationally complex environments.
- Fluency with AI tools and the ability to build, ship, and iterate revenue workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration.
- Understanding of APIs and how data moves between tools, sufficient to connect systems independently.
- Ability to use SQL or quickly achieve equivalent proficiency with AI assistance.
- Track record of leading large, cross-functional projects involving engineering, systems, data, and process change.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity, create alignment, and drive action.
- Ability to prioritize high-leverage problems, establish clear success measures, and continuously improve based on adoption and feedback.
- Comfort working in ambiguity, taking ownership, and building new capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Python experience for cases that cannot be handled with no-code tools.
Benefits and Compensation
- Annual salary range: $121,600–$190,000.
