Resource Manager, Business Marketing
The Resource Manager will own intake, prioritization, staffing, and capacity planning for Business Marketing’s creative and integrated marketing portfolio. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong business judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to manage constrained resources across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Own the Business Marketing portfolio system, including intake, work classification, prioritization, routing, resource assignments, capacity visibility, and decision tracking.
- Evaluate requests against business priorities, strategic importance, urgency, audience impact, readiness, required skills, and available capacity.
- Recommend which work should proceed, be grouped into existing campaigns, be self-served, redirected, deferred, or declined.
- Identify shared audiences, overlapping deliverables, reusable assets, and opportunities to batch work into coherent programs.
- Match work to internal teams, creative disciplines, agencies, contractors, regional partners, or self-service paths.
- Develop delivery options when resources are constrained, including sequencing, scope reduction, reuse, and external support.
- Maintain visibility into capacity, demand, staffing gaps, bottlenecks, and portfolio risk.
- Create clarity across global strategy and execution teams, Business Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and shared services.
- Build lightweight tools, workflows, reporting, and AI-enabled systems to improve intake, resource decisions, and portfolio visibility.
- Communicate prioritization and resourcing decisions clearly and constructively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative operations, resource management, portfolio management, integrated marketing operations, agency operations, production, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative, product marketing, brand, agencies, content, web, events, and regional team collaboration.
- Excellent business judgment and confidence making prioritization and resource decisions independently.
- Experience managing constrained creative resources across multiple disciplines, projects, campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Systems mindset with the ability to identify patterns, reduce duplication, create operating models, and improve workflows without overengineering.
- Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations with misaligned teams, budgets, resources, and decision rights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including redirecting, deferring, or declining work while maintaining trust.
- Data fluency and comfort using tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Calm, practical approach to ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure environments.
