Responsibilities
- Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira.
- Ensure Jira reflects real practice, and real practice reflects what must be represented in Jira.
- Build agents and automation for the operating system, using AI as part of the work.
- Drive adoption by working directly with teams to improve practice alignment through conversations, artifacts, and clear instructions.
- Diagnose delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and build root-cause fixes.
- Mentor teammates growing into more technical work.
- Remain accountable for adoption, cleanup, correcting assumptions, and post-launch outcomes.
Requirements
- Recent, shipped work building systems, automation, or workflows with AI as part of the process.
- Ability to identify failing mechanisms and simplify processes.
- Demonstrated initiative, independent decision-making, and sound judgment.
- Ability to learn emerging AI tooling and share knowledge.
- Ability to drive adoption without formal authority.
- No computer science degree or formal engineering tenure required.
- Curiosity and responsible use of AI to improve efficiency and impact.

- Base salary: $207000–$244000.
